So overall I think anything is good when it’s fried and includes cheese and this fits that mold. My fatal flaw was not reading the recipe ahead of time and throwing my egg yolks away only to realize I needed them. So it was cooked in egg white fluff minus the yolks. Still came out great.
also my cousin came over to join in and be my videographer/creative director so she put this video together.
Addendum 1 (5/19): They were great the next day too after reheating. I think I would enjoy them casserole style for a grab and go breakfast.
